Park your car and leave it. Easy walking everywhere. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with double sink. 1st bedroom has king bed, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer/Dryer, wireless internet, and 2 tv’s With local channels and Roku streaming.
Outside area is a beautiful large private courtyard with comfortable seating, a propane fire-pit, a propane barbecue and a private hot tub spa just for your use. Private off street parking with easy access to back entrance of cottage. Electric outlet in guest parking area. Free EV charging station in City of Ashland public parking lot one block away.
